We offer true flexibility with no minimum hourly requirements. Some radiologists work full-time hours spread across a flexible schedule, while others work part-time ranging from 10-30 hours weekly. You determine your availability and can adjust it monthly based on your changing life needs.
Our transparent RVU-based compensation model pays per study read, with rates varying by modality and complexity. Most full-time radiologists earn between $350K-$500K annually, with top performers exceeding $600K. We pay biweekly with detailed RVU breakdowns, and offer quarterly bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics.
We provide a complete workstation setup including diagnostic-quality monitors, secure VPN access, dictation software, and all necessary IT support. Our IT team ensures your home setup meets ACR standards for diagnostic quality, and we cover all technology maintenance costs.
Our proprietary case distribution system matches studies to radiologists based on subspecialty expertise and preferences. You can indicate your reading preferences in our portal, ensuring you receive cases aligned with your training and interests. We maintain a balanced mix of routine and complex cases across all subspecialties.
We provide regular subspecialty-focused virtual conferences, case review sessions with peer feedback, and an annual CME allowance of $3,000. Our radiologists also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate on research projects with academic partners.
